It all started when...

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley, but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!

Paul has built a stage that has been crafted of Northwest Granite that is a beautiful and natural  focal point for your ceremony! Our outdoor space is large enough to give you options though, should you like to set up your ceremony on the beautiful lawn area surrounded by gardens and greenery or have a pondside wedding on a beautiful expansive lawn.

By 2014, Pine Creek had a beautiful outdoor patio area big enough to host 300 people outside when using the large grass area. Perfect for everything from ceremonies to lawn games. The gardens have continued to grow, and covered buildings with a rustic craftsman style provide indoor space for you to add your own special style to.

With a passion for rock

Paul has crafted beautiful natural focal points with large pieces of granite around our venue. His style is one that reflects the natural Northwest landscape.

Putting on the finishing touches.

Real granite rock was used throughout the fireplace that now adorns the event building.

A Flower farm was added

in 2017. Gwen who has always had a passion for growing cut flowers, added a flower farm to the property that is called 'Scattered Seeds...a Flower Farm'. It provides fresh locally grown blooms to local florists, and are also used to create beautiful arrangements that Gwen fashions for local brides. The flower gardens add a beautiful backdrop for pictures for Pine Creek events as well as bouquets for clients who like to work directly with Gwen on their vision for their special day. We also grow specific blooms for many of our brides! Their bouquets start as seeds, bulbs tubers and cuttings, making their flowers a truly ‘farm to vase’ experience! If you would like to add locally grown flowers to your event, let us know!

These pictures share the story of how our venue has evolved through the artistic process, with all of the details fashioned by the owners, Paul and Gwen, with the help and support of amazing friends, family, and our great team at Pine Creek!

We hope that you enjoyed this glimpse into where things began!
